The downtown Golden Bear Center at 1995 University Ave is NOT within the SafeWalk boundaries.
To get a SafeWalk from GBC, put the walk request in for Milivia & University (the southeast corner of the building) and wait inside until the app shows the SafeWalk team member is almost there.
